Dosage

Shampoo hair 2 to 3 times, detangle, and towel dry. Apply henna cream glove up, shake well, and divide hair. Apply generously, avoiding combs. Keep product on as per instructions. Rinse and condition wear the cap, follow time instructions, rinse thoroughly, and apply provided conditioner. Complete routine as desired. Optimal results with color fixation conditioner.

Returns

Returns made due to Damaged in shipping or defective product or In-correct product shipped from our warehouse:

1) We will send a return label in case of defective or incorrect products shipped.
2) Once we receive the defective shipment, we process and ship out a new order with in 2-3 business days.
3) We will also issue complete refund (product price + shipping cost) in case you don’t want any replacement item.
4) Once a product is returned, refund amount will be credited back to your account within 3 business days.

In case you wish return the shipment from your side:

1) Returned products must be unopened and sealed, unless defective and Refused Shipments.
2) They must be returned within 30 days.
3) We will not charge any restocking fee.
