bondbar Permanent Creme Hair Color must be used with the bondbar Creme Developer, which is specifically formulated for all hair types and textures. Developed to be Vegan, Cruelty-Free*, Paraben-Free, Mineral Oil-Free, Petrolatum Free, Gluten-Free and Fragrance-Free.
Adding a bond builder into a hair color or lightening formula helps repair broken hair bonds during the coloring or lifting process when hair is most susceptible to damage. This is especially helpful when lightening hair because it opens the hair’s cuticle leaving it open to damage.
