How often do you ship?
We ship 5 days a week, Monday – Friday. If your order is
received by 5:00PM EST, your order will be shipped the same day. We hand
deliver all packages to the post office the same day.
During the holidays (December 1st - December 22nd)
we ship 6 days a week (Sunday – Friday).
My package is marked ship; why can’t I track the status on
the USPS site?
It can take up to 3 business days for your tracking number
to be active on the USPS site. We don’t know why it takes USPS so long to
update their site. Please be patient, we are at the mercy of USPS there is nothing
we can do but wait for them to update their site.
